Krystal, widely known as KG Stilettos, is a Sacramento-based heels instructor, performer, and community builder with over three decades of dance experience and more than a decade performing professionally as an NBA dancer for the Golden State Warriors and Sacramento Kings, with national and international credits throughout her career.

Founded in 2018, she has built a successful and continuously growing heels dance community rooted in confidence, expression, and empowerment through movement.

Known for her high-energy teaching style, strong heels technique, performance training, and signature hairography, Krystal brings a bold, supportive, and confidence-driven approach to every class, encouraging dancers of all levels to move freely and show up fully.
